I would like to know the best wholesale markets (where I can find the cheapest prices for quality goods)in china for jewelry, handbags, and women clothing?

I just know such a market in Qipu Road. You can find those things in some stores in Nanjing Road, Shaanxi Road area, just not like a big market.
