About:Chinese Embassy in Vietnam

gday, i'm planning a large trip through asia and off to the states afterwards. we're not entirely sure on the dates we will be entering china and was wondering if it was possible to get an open entry dated visa valid for a few months or wait until we get to hanoi when we have a better idea on a date of entry into china? if anyone could help me out it would be much appreciated. cheers

Mr.jake, you'd better apply for Chinese visa at least one week before your planned trip to China in Hanoi, it is hard for you to get an open entry dated visa valid for a few months in Austrlia, you don't know your date to enter China, the risk is that you is likely to get a single entry visa valid for 3 months, it expires before you use it to enter China.
