No, we do not celebrate Easter, shops are not closed over Easter. It is around 13 degrees in early April, still a bit cold, but no need to wear down coat I think. Still need to prepare warm clothes for yout little ones. :-) Some big shopping mall may host celebrations and activities on Easter and you may find Easter Eggs there. Some hotels will hold Easter Cellebrations for their guests or nearby guests, you can ask the hotel if they or some other nearby will have this.
