About:Exhibition of Decorations and Artwork

Hi,
I am visiting Shanghai April for two weeks, whats the weather like, cold, wet?
Also, is it best I book my tours before my travel, or can I book when I arrive there?

The average temperature of this month is around 16 degrees, so it is not cold and a bit wet maybe. You can book the tour when you arrive there, however, I think it is better to make the booking in advance. If you want a 1-day or 2-day tour aroud Shanghai, you can book the tour when you arrive. If you need a tour to cover all your time in Shanghai, arrange this earlier.
