About:Mount Huashan

I know that Mountain Huashan is the steepest of the five great mountains of China. Do you think it is safty for kids and senior citizens to climb? What suggestions do you have when climbing Huashan Mountain? Any reply will be appreciated.

Well, I think that you might use the cable car to take them to the peak. Climbing Mt.Huashan is not as easy as you think, especially for those elderly people.

Thank you Kevin for your advise. I will let my 11 year old son and my old father take the cable car for safty and me and my wife go climbing, i suppose.

Cable car can only take you to the lowest peak - north peak. You'll then need to climb the very steepy way to the top, about 3 hours climb for an adult as I remember. So do take care of the old and the child.
