Hello,
In the summer of 2008, I went to an amazing, authentic Japanese restaurant in Fuzhou, that served unbelievable sushi, and this dish inside an orange that accumulated the orange flavor.
If anyone knows the name of this restaurant, that starts with the letter "Y," please let me know!

It think it is Yamayi Japanese Restaurant in 252, Liuyi North Road.
