Hi. I will be going to Beijing next week. (last week of Feb) Is it snowing? Aside from wearing winter clothes, jackets,etc. Do I need to wear boots? I will be staying most of the time in the office/hotel. thanks!

No, there will be no snow according to the weather forecast. Both of the office and hotel have heating-system, so you could wear spring shoes. But, you'd better wear boots if you will go to outside.
