Hello,I'm planning a ski trip for a week at Jade Dragon snow mountain in mid of Apr this year. I have list of stupid questions to ask if anyone can help me;1. Is it possible to ski there in mid Apr? 3. Is it possible to ski in such high altitude?4. I can't find any hotel on the ski resort; any recommend? Cheap one would be great!5. Are there any snowboard instructor/school there?Thanks for your help and if you have no clue just ignore me :)

Ms.Dodge,There is a ski resort on Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, about 20 kilometers from Lijiang Old City. You can go there to ski. Warm coats and oxygen bag are available for rent at the resort but deposit is needed. Drugs treating altitude sickness are can be purchased at the resort too. There are snowboard instructors. But you have to pay them if you want an instructor to help you. And I didn’t hear that there are accommodations at the ski resort.

I just heard that people could stay at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. There should be some hostels. But I haven’t been there so that I couldn’t give you more useful info.
