I am coming to Shanghai in April and want to have my daughters Debutante dress made while we are there.It will be a long white formal dress like a wedding dress.I previously have been to the Fabric Markets in Dong Men Road near The Bund and had suits, shirts and coats made.Will I be able to get my daughters dress made there..?Thank you
