I would like to know where I can get the cheapest construction materials such as steel bars and cement? also where in china is the best place to buy roofing ceramic tiles?

As for the cement, you can find the cement factories in Lanxi city of Zhejiang province. As for the steel bars, you can find the steel bars suppliers in Yongkang city of Zhejiang Province.
