I am Mongolian. I am currently trying to apply Chinese government scholarship. Nowadays Chinese and Mongolian traditional holiday, so when I can contact the Chinese embassy in Ulaanbaatar.

This year our new year holiday in same day. I called the consular office twice. They told me they don't have a any information about scholarship yet. But on website of CSC it is already announced. Universities recommended to contact Chinese embassy in Ulaanbaatar. Now what should I do?

Chinese Embassy in Ulaanbaatar will be closed from Feb 15 - 19 to celebrate the Chinese spring festival, now it is still open. Is there any Mongolian holiday now?
