You can buy Halal chicken and other food in some large supermakets. They have counters especially for muslim, such as Trust-Mart and Carrefour.

Unfortinatly, is these markets, there is NO Halal Chicken...I checked many times. There is some Halal meat but NO Checken.

hi rima. i just found out the halal butcher shop in shanghai. you can go there through metro subway. the adress is on "E.FuXing Rd". there is a mosque near the shop called "QingZhenSi Xiao Tao Yuan". the name the shop owner or butcher is "Yaqoob". hope you can find it.
i went to Laoximen through metro and then have a walk towards e.fuxing rd. over there is a vegetable market.in that market you can find yaqoob's muslim meat shop.(boneless chicken, beaf, mutton, chicken legs)
