About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

hi. i'm a south korean. and my husband is from romania ( eu citizen).
and he has L visa for going to china. and he have to change L to Z visa.
can he get a Z visa in korea ? (ah~ one more thing - can he change L to Z in china?)
if he can do it, what kind paper he need?

I'm afriad that he can't change L visa into work visa in Korea or in China, when he arrives in China, please enquire his employer whether he can get a Z visa at the Exit & Enter Department under the local Public Security Bureau.
