About:Embassy & Consulate of Indonesia in China

Dear sir/Mad,
Kinldy I need you to help me get straight the procedures of registering the marriage in Indoneisa. I'm laying my situation as blew:
I'm 100% chinese citizen and planning to marry a 100% indonesian girl. We wish to has our marriage registered in Indonesia for that i am and will be working in Indonesia for 5 years (with the work visa and temporary indonesian citizen card). So far, we have prepared all the requested documents except for my single certificate and birth certificate which my girl's government request to submit for marriage registration locally. I also learned that the said two certificates of mine have to be translated and then certified by the relevant department. I'm wondering which department shall i ask for the issue the said two certificates and which department shall i refer to for the translation and finally which department shall i submit the translation for the authentication? What the procedure like and what else document do i need to prepare during the applicaiton to each department? My hometown is a small city in Hubei Province and i doubt the local government is able to issue the said two certificate in English.
Looking forward to your reply.Thanks

Is there Foreign Affairs Office in your hometown, the small city in Hubei Province, Please read the list of Notary Offices in Hubei Province on this website http://www.iamlawyer.com/hubei/bszn//20070306174033.aspx (in Chinese version), first go to the local Notary Office to translate the Single Status Certificate and Birth Certificate into English, then go to Foreign Affairs Office to apply for authentication, then go to Indonesian Embassy in Beijing to apply for authentication, at last, the two documents are accepted in Indonesia.

Dear Sir/Mad,
Thanks for your guide. One more question, does the Foreign Affairs Office mentioned in your reply message refer to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of P.R.C?
