Both are ok. You can take the express link to Maritime Ferry Terminal or Taipa Temporary Ferry Terminal, but you have to pay Mop$ 50.00. I suggest you take AP1 from the airport to Maritime Ferry Terminal or Taipa Temporary Ferry Terminal. It costs much lower than the express link.

Then you can take turbojet from there to Shun Tak Ferry Terminal. It only costs HK$142 for ordinary seat. After getting at Shun Tak Ferry Terminal, take MTR (Island Line) at Sheung Wan station (very close to Shun Tak Ferry Terminal) to Hong Kong station and then transfer to Tung Chung line to Sunny Bay station. Finally take Disneyland Resort Line to Disneyland.

Here is another route, which saves you some time but is more expensive: take the express link or AP1 bus to Maritime Ferry Terminal, then take turbojet to HKIA (around 45 minutes and costs you HK$235), and then take air shuttle (S1) and get off at Tung Chung Station (around 15 minutes). Then take MTR to Sunny Bay and then change alighting at Sunny Bay Station for the Disneyland Resort Line to reach Disneyland (around 15 minutes).
