About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Hi, I'm currently based in Korea nad i intend on visiting China in 6 months. From China i hope to travel around South East Asia for several months, then go back to China. From here i'd like to go to Russia via Mongolia. I understand that the Chinese embassy will not take visa applications and that there is a list of travel agents listed who will this. Could you tell me if any of these travel agents do business through English (my Korean is very bad)? thank you
