Can you let me know, from Nathan road, kowloon

- which convenient transportation to go to disneyland
-how much the transportation will cost

Use metro. I have no idea which mtr station in Nanthan Road is the nearest to you. For example, it is in Tsim Sha Tsui (or Jordan, Yau Ma Tei or Mongkok perhaps) and you should go follow the route: Tsim Sha Tsui - Lai King - Sunny Bay - Disneyland. The total fare is 18HKD for single trip.
