About:Beijing Emergency Numbers

is there any diabetic insulin syringe in beijing ? i couldn't find one in pharmacies.pls... help me on that .
AND
Where can i find NOVOPEN in Beijing ?i have looked in pharmacies but they have the needles only but i want the pen .plss help me on that too.

It is available at Pharmacy of Chaoyang Diabetic Hospital.

Thanks mr.haider! I have called to the hospital and they said they dont sell ,unless i have been examined by their doc.,
But cant i find the insulin syringe from pharmacy or some market place with out seeing a doctor?
I have brought some syringe from my country but it was not enough for my stay........i wanted to buy 10 or 15.
