About:Chinese Consulate in Melbourne

Is the consular office in Toorak Rd open Monday 25th of January (the day before Australia Day)to pick up my wifes's new passport...thank you

I think it is still open because the Chinese COnsulate in Melborne is closed on Australia Day, you can see the further notice from its official website.
