Greetings

I am planning to go to Hong Kong this year in february. I will stay for five days. I have already taken the HOng KOng visa. During my stay, I wish to go to Macau and return to hong kong on the same day. Unfortunately my hong kong visa is single entry. Is it possible to obtain reentry permit in HOng Kong after arrival? If yes, what documents are required?

You can't obtain a Hong Kong visa after arrival. Now, there are two options, one is apply for a new double entry HK visa in Albania or don't visit Macau during your stay in HK.
