About:Chinese Embassy in Spain

Dear Sir/Ma,
I am a Spanih citizen,but I am in Italy rigt now, studying Chinese.
In 1 month I am going to China to the language course for 6 months.
Can I apply for Chinese visa in Italy or other EU cuntry? (I do not have a residency in Italy)?

If you have a valid Italian visa, you can apply for Chinese visa in Italy, otherwise, you have to apply for it in Spain.
