Hi good afternoon
My name is Ariel and I am deaf.
I need to book these train tickets SHANGHAI-BEIJING to the 6th of August. How can I do?

Hello, Mr. Ariel, you can write down the train schedule you want on a paper at a large size in advance and then show it to the booking clerk. It may easy for you to get it. Good luck!
