About:Chinese Embassy in Mongolia

I am a student in Dalian. I have a husband and 1 month old baby. My school will start in March. I want to take my baby and husband to Dalian. So my husband needs to apply for a visa. Is it possible to issue a visa for my husband to look after child in Dalian? And what kinds of documents need to apply for a visa?

Your husband and baby can apply for work visa as dependants, the following documents are required:
1. One completely filled out visa application form. No item should be blank .

2. One recently taken 2X2 inch photo showing entire face and without a hat on. Please affix the photo to the application form.

3. Original passport with at least 2 blank visa pages and valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of application.

4. marriage license, birth certificate of your baby, copy of your student visa and residnece permit in Dalian.
