About:Chinese Embassy in Tunisia

Hi,
i live and study n Chengdu, i would like to visit jiuzhaigou in begining of february, i know it is off season and i don't see any pic of the place of off season, should i come and visit any way?
my friends told me it's beautiful even during winter..

It is very cold during winter and Huanglong Scenic Area is closed from Nov. to the next Mar.
