About:Chinese Embassy in South Africa

I am a South African with a South Africa Passport, my Chinese Visa expires in February and i need to get a new Chinese Visa. No where in China can I get a place to process my application because I'm from South Africa and the only place that can assist charge RMB 25 000 for a year. Am I able to come and apply in South Africa and what are the chances to get one there? Thanks in regards

You can apply for a new Chinese visa in the Exit & Enter Department of local Public Security Bureau in China.
