How can I travel from Hangzhou to Zhujiajiao back and forth? Mode of transport?

Hi, Mr. Shane Liew, from Hangzhou to Zhujiajiao, I learned some strategy from the web, the recommend way is like the following:
You can take the D-prefaced train from Hangzhou to Shanghai South Station firstly, say D5472 0749/0933, then take the Subway Line 1 till the People's square, go through the overpass till East Yan’an Road to take the Zhu-Hu highway, which will you lead you to Zhujiajiao finally.

From Zhujiajiao to Hangzhou, there is coach available, you can take the coach from Jiading to Hangzhou, it will pass Zhujiajiao around 08:15. Hope it is useful.
