I wanna know which shopping center is better for buying some low price good quality clothes and bags? Xidan or Silk Street?

I want some for myself and for my wife I don't want to trade.

If any body has another choice plz let me know ASAP because I should book a hotel and I want to book one near the shopping center that I want to go.
