would really like to visit the Simatai Great Wall and the Eastern Qing Tombs in one day

We would really like to visit the Simatai Great Wall and the Eastern Qing Tombs if all this can fit in one day. Otherwise, we would settle for the Mutianyu and the Simatai Great Wall. In any ways, the part of the Great Wall we want to see is Simatai. Feel free to advise us on what is possible to do within a day considering we want to go to Simatai.

It is too rush to arrange the Simatai and Eastern Qing Tomb in a day. Mutianyu and Simatai are not possibly arranged in a day too. For single way transfer to Simatai needs about three hours. You may spend a whole day on Simatai to enjoy its scenery and go for the rest sights in the next day.

Simatai great wall is far from downtown. If you start off at 8am, you will arrive at Simatai at about 11:30am. After a simple lunch, 2-3 hours hiking will be needed. After you return to the down, it's about 5pm. So, you can only pack another site in city area apart from Simatai.
