About:Visa Policy of China

I recently applied for a multiple entry visa. In order of travel I'll be going through Hong Kong, Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, Macau and then back again.

I was told I was only eligible for a multiple entry visa if I had previois;y travelled to China. I have friends that have gone previously and they were not required to have travelled to China before being granted a multiple entry visa. I'm just wondering what's going on

The validity, duration of stay, and number of entries of the Chinese visa are decided at the discretion of consular officers according to related Chinese laws and regulations.
