How is the weather in suzhou in february? is it worth visiting there during the spring festival?

Suzhou is one of most charming cities in China; however, Feb is not the best time to visit it due to the cold weather. The natural scenery is less beautiful than in other seasons.

As a native,I feel Feb.is cold for outdoor activities. The best season is Spring and Fall for visiting Suzhou though Spring and Autumn getting shorter while the summer lasts longer in the recent years.
