About:China Visa

iam indian permanent resident working in TAIWAN now on a WORK visa, my friend a permanent chinese resident and chinese passport, do he need to make a visa for visiting taiwan ?

He needs to apply for an Entry Permit to Taiwan at the local Public Security Bureau. He should take Household Sheet and Identity Card to the PSB to apply for the entry permit.
