what is the bus route # i should take from Ama-temple to airport?
how long is the journey?

At the Ama-Temple, you could take the bus 26 to reach Macau Airport directly.

At the Rau Da Cunha, you could take the bus 11 to get to Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro, where the Senado Square is located.
