dec.18,2009 dear manageri would like to go to xian by bus from chengdu. what time the bus leaves,and where i can take a bus.if i go to xian by train i must to booking or can buy at station and go now.thank you.

I don't think it is a good idea to take a bus from Chengdu to Xian. It is a long journey, and the there are only several buses in operation everyday. Alternatively, there are many trains departing from Chengdu to Xi'an. In the trave low season, you could purchase a ticket one day in advance.
