I would appreciate your help. I am trying to find an email address for EMS China in order to ask the whereabouts of a parcel. My tracking number is EE261449986CN and it says it is handed over to Customs(HANGZHOU) at 2009-11-21 23:14:46. The site i order it does not respond to me emails and i am trying to find an email for EMS China...
Please advise me what can i do ?

Hi, Mr.Eleni, I have the same experience with you. I am in Kuwait, and my brother sent me a clothes from Japan through EMS which said it would arrive the last month. But I haven't receive it by now. I think it is gone. Don't trust them.
