My two friends and I also wd like to go to Shanghai and Hangzhou city of China on the last week of December,2009. Could anyone tell me the temparature of that Cities?

HI. It is about 2-10C now in Hangzhou, a bit lower in Shanghai and the weather in last weekend of Dec are not available to see at this moment. I gave this for your reference and if woule like to know, I can tell the new weather report 3-5 days before your departure.
