Hi,

I will be in Hong Kong during Christmas. I want to go shopping at Shenzen.

Can I can get a visa on arrival at Lo Wu border? How much would it cost for an Indian passport holder?

In principle, you could apply for an onsite visa at Luohu Port at a fare of about HKD150. However, there must be lots of travllers there during the Christmas. So, it will be somewhat difficult for you to get a visa on the spot.
