About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

hi , iam an indian passport holder now in India, soon getting married to a HKG citizen. Will be shifting to HKG after wedding and we plan to visit Phillipnes from HKG.. Now my query is - do i need to apply for Phillipnes tourist visa from India or from Hongkong, since i will be travelling from Hongkong during chinese new yrs.. and the tickets would be from HKG to Phillipnes ..Please advise

If you shift HKG when you in Hong Kong, you can apply for Philippines visa from HKG, otherwise, I'm afriad that you should apply for visa to Philippines from India.
