i will stay in hk in early jan., then go to zhongshan.

Question

I will stay in HK in early Jan., then go to Zhongshan. I see here that the ferry connects the two cities well. Could anyone suggest another route than via sea? Travel by car and driver from HK would be possible? Or, is there any train connecting HK to Zhongshan? Thanks a lot for any hint you may give.

Currently, there is no train is supplied from Hong Kong to Zhongshan directly. However, it is easy to take a bus from downtown HK to arrive in Zhongshan directly. Here is the bus schedule: http://ctsbus.hkcts.com/routes/hk/hk_zhongshan.html
