About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Hi, I'm Japanese and living in Malaysia with a guardian visa. I'm planning to go to Beijing this month.
I know that Japanese don't need a visa for tourist within 15days.
My daughter is living in malaysia with a student visa as a Korean(because my husband is Korean),but she is also a Japanese passport holder .
We wil also visit south Korea for a few days before going to Beijing.

Do you think it is no problem to enter in China with her Japanese passport even though she leaves Malaysia and Korea with her Korean passport?

Thanks.

I think she can use her Japanese passport to enter China. She is dual nationality, right?

Hi I'm Hong Kong people? I am interested in knowing how can I get the Guardian Visa in Malaysia. My child will be 3 years old in spring of 2013. If I can register in a school for my child in Malaysia, does it mean my wife and I can easily get the long stay visa in Malaysia as long as my child studying Malaysia? Can you give me some insights?? Many thanks. Jon.
