About:Hong Kong Disneyland

hai... I'm planning to visit to Disneyland with my Family during this Chinese new year... I'm planning to stay at Shenzen Muslim Hotel (or you can recommend me a hotel with a nearby muslim restaurant). Just wonder how to get from the hotel to the Disneyland? I also will bring my 3 kids.. By the way is there any interesting place to visit in Shenzen (shopping area may be?)

Pass Luo Hu port of Shenzhen and then take Hong Kong MTR from Lo Wu to Sheung Shui (just for one stop). The fare is HK$18.8 with Octopus Card or HK$20 single ticket. And then take bus A43 at Sheung Shui to Lantau Link Toll Plaza. The journey fare is HK$29.2. R8 at Lantau Link Toll Plaza take you directly to Hong Kong Disneyland. The fare is HK$7.
For shopping in Shenzhen, you can go to Dongmen Walking Street.
