How could i know that how much we should pay as visa application fee?

dear Sir;
How could i know that how much we should pay as visa application fee? i'm going to apply for "F" visa, from Iran(business). please tell me the amount. and if i give an introduction letter to one of my staff, can he proceed instead of me?
