I already book my ticket to Guilin on Dec 28th 09 with my family. And after reading all those reader colume. I am afraid that I might not be able to cruise on the LI river. It would be a real dispointment if that happen. Please tell me that the boat cruise still operate during that time.
I know that it is not the best time to visit Quilin during Dec But I can not cancel my ticket now.
As I also learn that the winter are cold. So a down coat will do...right. By the way....is there many tourist during Dec 28th till 31st Dec 09.
