I will fly to hangzhou soon and would like to know roughly the taxi fare from the airport to hotels near westlake..any prepaid taxi counter in the airport? and are there problems with the taxi touts there....thank you

It is about 100RMB for 40-50 minutes. Ask the driver to meter, if he refuse, just get off the car to take another one. Usually, the taxis are metered. If the fare is too much expensive on the meter machine, i think the drive route has problem.
