About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Hi, I am arriving in Shanghai on 12/12/2009 at around 11pm for holiday and will be leaving from Shanghai back to Singapore on 27/12/2009 at flight time 4.20pm. Should I appply for Visa?

yes, you have to apply for a valid china visa before entering into China.

Yes, you need apply for a visa to China because you stay in China for more than 15 days. December 12, 2009 is also counted as a day.
