Hello, Have A nice day!By the way I'm filipino national,as of now I'm currently working here in al-khobar saudi arabia; I would like to inquire to your good ofc. that if in case that there's a chance to work in PRC shanghai, Since I've a friend there in china and if they need an engineer for their expansion, and assuming that they will send to me here all the requirement the needed documents for working visa to china, Can I process the papers here in saudi? Because it is the advantages that I'm already here so that I can process personally. Is there any other requirement?
