About:Beihai Travel

My family will spend a week in Guangxi and planned to visit Guilin and Yangshuo. Would it be too much to try to go to Beihai also? If so, what would be the best way to get from Guilin to Beihai?

I don't think you will have enough time to visit Beihai, which is located about 600kilometers away from Guilin. The bus will take you about 7 hours on the way. So, please visit Guilin, Yangshuo or Longsheng in your one week.

You can go to Beihai by a bus from Guilin, about 6hrs one way. The bus station is just beside Guilin's Central railway station. The bus fee is about 300 RMB/person.
I suggest you go to Beihai because it is totally different place from Guilin, and the beach is beautiful. Sea food in Guangdong style cooking is highly recommended.
