About:Chinese Consulate in Vancouver

Hello, me and my fiance are planning to get married in 4 months, in turks and caicos. One of the required documents needed is a birth certificate. She was born in Hong Kong in 1978. How can we aquire the Birth certificate that we need to get married. Thanks,

If she know the hospital she was borned in Hong Kong, there is chance for her to get her birth certificate, otherwise, it is slim chance.
