About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I will be arriving at T2 International arrival of Beijing airport at 3:05PM. I have to meet my friends at T3 International arrival at 4:40-5PM sharp. Would I be on time to meet them? Can I proceed to T3 international arrival without the entry and exit procedures?

Hello:
It takes you 1.5 hours for the international arrival. You have enough time to meet your friends at T3. Maybe you will wait for a while at the international Exit.
