Hi, Ms Yap. Recommend you go by subway. First, you can take airport express train from the airport to Dongzhimen (20 minutes on the way excluding the time you spend on waiting). Then change to Subway Line 2 to Xuanwumen. At xuanwumen, you still need a transfer to Line 4 to Beijing South Railway station. You need to prepare one hour or so. Beijing subway is charged 2yuan only without limitation on transfer times. So, the total fare by this way is 25yuan express train 2 yuan subway.
