You should apply for a visa to Hong Kong at Chinese Embassy in New Dehli, India. please submit application directly to the visa office of Chinese embassy.

Visa is not required for Indian nationals traveling to Hong Kong for a maximum stay up to 14 days. So your wife and daughter don't need a visa to Hong Kong.
You can apply for a visit visa to Hong Kong, To apply for visit visa, the following documents should be provided to the Chinese Embassy or Consulate-General:
(a) Photocopy of passport details and 1 visa application form with 2 photographs.
(b) Supporting documents like financial standing, employment or business certificates, may be required.
(c) For business purpose, covering letter from the applicant's company or organization and invitation letter from the company, trade fair or international conference in Hong Kong.
(d) For tourist purpose, tourism itinerary and accommodation arrangement in Hong Kong; Personal particulars of relatives or sponsors including names, addresses and telephone numbers.
You can get the form from this website https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/pdf/hk-new.pdf
